Nach den Plänen von Johannes Radte und Theo Westbrock wurde das Gebäude von 1906-1908 für den Stahlwerksverband errichtet; heute befindet sich hier das Verwaltungsgericht, Dia-handkoloriert, aus Vortragsreihe: "Die Kunst- und Gartenstadt Düsseldorf" ; According to the plans of John Radte and Theo Westbrock the building was built from 1906-1908 for the Steel Works Association, and today is home to the administrative court, hand colored slide, from lecture series "The Art and Garden City Dusseldorf"
